Upper Playground’s Walrus logo gets an artist transformation into an extraordinary vinyl figure by one of their featured artist, Greg “Craola” Simkins. Craola’s rendition of the walrus incorporates a sophisticated top hat and stitched gothic bunny hand puppet that penetrate onlookers’ lucid stare with a Dr. Jekyll-esque touch of sinister cuddliness.
About Greg “Craola” Simkins –
Greg “Craola” Simkins was found in a cornfield being raised by mice and all other sorts of weird creatures at the tender age of 3. His new parents were shocked to see that this poor boy had lived solely on mice’s milk and corn his entire short life. With plenty of therapy and mind washing experiments, he quickly acclimated to his new environment. After years of being with his new family, he focused on a small talent he had for drawing, were these weird creatures. Three headed birds, dogs, and many more monstrosities filled his day, trying to get back the memories of the cornfield that were stolen away from him.
