Super7 delves into a 2-part story about the history of Star Wars toys as seen through the eyes of Japanese manufacturers past and present. From Takara to Marmit and Medicom, we discuss the subtle and not so subtle differences cultural perspectives can bring out in toys. From die-cast metal and transforming plastic to hyper detailed 12" figures and mini Kubrick figures, we delve into the over the top styling that only the Japanese seem able to produce.

Following that, we explore one of the last family of Bullmark Ultra kaiju ever made from Ultraman Leo. With a group of figures this rare, it is great to finally have them all in once place.

Rounding out the issue is a comprehensive view of the often overlooked Fireman, and two of the series we would later know combined as Robotech -Mospeada and Southern Cross.
