All US orders during the regular year at Strangekiss.com that total $100.00 or more receive free shipping in the lower 48 Continental States (Sorry Guys & Gals in Hawaii and Alaska, we wish we could).

We are based in Los Angeles we are central to larger shipping hubs (that means faster service in 95% of all cases)!

Since we wish to keep our shipping inexpensive to you (The Fabulous Toy Collector), we have adapted a simple formula. Domestic orders - if your parcel is under four pounds we will ship USPS. If your parcel is large and over four pounds we will opt in most cases to ship UPS. If shipping cost matches or exceeds 10% then we will contact the customer to discuss options. This would fall into the small group of oversized items that will state no free shipping.

Deadline & Timelines for orders:

For all customers in the USA we opt to use USPS for the most of our parcels and all even parcel post include delivery confirmation. Large Prints and certain items are sent via UPS (United Parcel Service). If you weight is over 4 pounds or exceeds 12 x 12 x 12 (that is 36 :), um, never mind), then we ship UPS in most cases.

International orders we can't guarantee arrival dates for shipping times vary greatly do to customs in different countries. We can offer if you wish UPS or EMS International expedite but it can be a a great difference in price.

Please note that in the near future we will be implementing Paypal option check out for certain country codes including the entire Pacific Rim.

All orders domestic and international are shipped usually within 24 - 72 hours (excluding weekends, shipping holidays and occasional Strangekiss Staff Days). If you need an emergency shipment, please contact us!

Domestic orders

Domestic orders (within the United States) are shipped via USPS (with delivery confirmation if priority or higher*) with one of the following methods that you may choose upon checkout:

Express Mail -- Guaranteed next-day and second-day delivery nationwide.

Priority Mail -- Delivery estimate is 2-4 days nationwide.

First Class -- Delivery estimate is 3-7 days nationwide (weight and size restrictions).

Parcel Post -- Delivery estimate is 5-10 days nationwide.

*Please note that priority mail by USPS supplies a delivery confirmation number not a tracking number as it is a optional for the USPS to scan at every hub jump. We have determined from our experience that 90% of all shipments show hub jumps. In some cases you can get basic tracking information on the lower class services.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via USPS with one of the following methods*:

Global Express Mail -- The fastest (recommended) way to ship internationally.

Global Priority Mail -- Delivery estimate is 5-10 days Worldwide.

Global First Class -- Delivery estimate is 15-20 days Worldwide.

*This does not count clearing your country's customs which can take up to 45 days in rare cases. We are not responsible for lost international packages but will help you in the RAREST case that your parcel is lost. We work internally with USPS and other carriers.
