We know this as we at Strangekiss are collectors as well. We pride ourselves on having superior customer service as we know how bad it sucks to get bad service.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL:

Because of the highly collectible and fast paced nature of the products that Strangekiss sells, all sales are final (including pre-orders and special order items), we cannot accept returns on non-defective merchandise and can’t issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for a different item if you decide you don't like the toy. We inspect each product twice! Once when buying or when it is received and once again on shipping.

DEFECTIVE RETURN POLICY:

Almost Everything that we sell are collectible, made in limited edition runs be this toy or print and are often hand-painted and or assembled. Like any true art piece slight imperfections on the piece. However, if you by rare chance receive damaged merchandise (broken or missing parts) when you open your shipment, You must contact us within TEN (10) DAYS from the date you receive the package to return it to us for exchange of the same product if available, or refund if the same product is no longer available.

You will need to contact us first via email or phone and describe the damage and request a RMA that stands for Returned Merchandise Authorization. Please include your invoice number, name, address (if you want to email us a digital photo of the damage, please do so). If all validates a proper return then we will issue the RMA number via email. PLEASE ship the package back to us with all its original packaging (you can keep the stickers and goodies we throw in) and get it back to us by sending it to the address included in your RMA email.

Please remember to write the RMA and INVOICE number on the outside of the packing box or the parcel will be rejected.
